1000W Ka Band TWTA
The POL1000Ka is a Ka-Band Pulsed TWT Amplifier that operates from 34 to 36 GHz. It provides 1000W peak power at greater than 10% duty cycle over the full band and operating temperature range.
This high efficiency, conduction cooled TWTA has modulation rates greater than 1 MHz, and is suited for complex pulsed airborne, shipboard, and ground mobile microwave power systems.
